Ensure sinks, counters, and floors are accessible so we can get right to work.

Secure Pets & Minimize Distractions

For safety and efficiency, pets should be secured during service.

To maintain focus, we ask that household members allow our team freedom to move and work without interruption.

Respect Scheduled Time

Bookings are reserved for the tasks and timeframe selected.

If interruptions or unprepared areas cause delays, Extended Service Time will be billed at $25 per 30 minutes.
Maintain a Safe Environment

Please ensure walkways are clear of obstacles.

Notify us of any special considerations, such as fragile items or areas requiring extra care.
